One of the most well-known comedies of the world repertoire presents the whole human life as total speculation, and it is a speculation itself for a spectator, luring him/her into narrative labyrinths of GAMBLERS.
Plot of the play – double speculation: talented cardsharper tries to outgame the gang, which, curiously enough, occur to be a gang of cardsharpers and swindlers. Finding out that they are “colleagues”, rivals cheat each other and play up the real lively intrigue with dummies and false flames. Outcome of this speculation is unexpected not only for its participants but also for spectators...
